Shipping & Returns

Store/Internet Prices

We aim to keep prices low for all our customers and we will match OUR ONLINE PRICES in store.  Daily or other specials will only be matched as displayed on the website on that particular day.

You may choose a Store Pickup as a shipping option for your online order.  As we may need to transfer stock from our warehouse or specially order it in for you, we will call or email to let you know when your order is ready for collection.

Please note we are unable to lay-by online orders. Please contact the store or come in and see us if you want to take advantage of our 12 week lay-by arrangements at no added cost. 

Orders

Orders placed by you are offers to purchase particular product under the terms and conditions in this agreement at the price specified, including delivery and other charges. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason (or no reason) including, but not limited to, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or product description, or an error in your order. In the event that we cancel your order, we will provide a full refund of any payment received. 

Cancellation of Online Orders

You may contact us to cancel an online order, provided your items have not been specially ordered or shipped, however we reserve the right to apply a cancellation handling fee of 10% of the purchase price.

Store Refund and Exchange Policy

Online orders will subject to the same policy as Store purchases i.e. you may only seek a refund, credit or replacement if:

  • the product is delivered damage or not received within the 7 day receipt period and the carrier Proof of Delivery note is suitably signed ; or
  • the product does not match our description on the website; or
  • the product has defects that were not obvious or which we did not bring to your attention within the 7 day period - anything outside this will need to be addressed via a warranty claim.

We do not allow a refund, credit or replacement if:

  • you have changed your mind about the product;
  • you have made an incorrect choice;
  • you subsequently found you can purchase the same or similar product for a cheaper price elsewhere;
  • the condition of the product was drawn to your attention before you purchased the product, e.g. when products are clearly labelled as second-hand or “ floor stock”

However, as part of our normal store policy and our commitment to superior customer service, you may exchange an online purchase by returning it to Store, together with the receipt, within 2 weeks of purchase provided the item(s) are unused and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to decline an exchange without proof of purchase or if the item has been used or packaging has been damaged. 

Procedure for the Return of Items

In accordance with the above store policy, please use the following steps:

  • call or send us an email with your order number and the reason of return;
  • we will contact you and provide you with an Authority to Return Number (RA);
  • return post, courier or personally deliver to our store ensuring the RA is clearly marked or attached to the returning package(s) to enable us to process your return promptly;
  • we will contact you and confirm the despatch of a replacement unit or refund once we have received your return item and it has been assessed accordingly;
